TCMlighting.com wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Products may be returned for replacement or refund in the following manner:  Before returning any item, you must contact TCMlighting@aol.com within 7 days of receipt of your order for a “Return Goods Authorization” (RGA) number.  No returns of any type will be accepted without a RGA number.

 

All returns must be received within 10 days of obtaining the RGA number. If you are returning a non-defective product, you will be charged a 25% restocking fee and are responsible for the return freight charges . All returned items must be returned in their original packaging. Lighting fixtures must have the original plastic protective cover on the fixture to be eligible for a refund. The order must be shipped prepaid and all items must be in “as new” condition with the original paperwork and accessories. The original packing slip must be included and the RGA number must be visible on the package. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of the refund. Their will be a $25.00 re-boxing fee for products not returned in the original packaging. Refunds will be credited by company check or refunded to the credit card used for the purchase within 10 days of receipt of returned merchandise. TCMlighting.com must be notified of customer’s intent to return an item(s), for any reason within 7 days of receipt or the transaction will be considered final and non-returnable.

Closeout items are non-returnable. All sales are final except for defective items.

 

All items listed on our website have a one year limited warranty from the manufacture. The limited warranty generally covers manufactures workmanship. Finishes are warranted for six months from the date of purchase for normal climatic conditions. In the case of extreme weather conditions, such as salty environment or acid rain, the finishes will be warranted for three months. If a light bulb is included with the fixture the bulb is never covered under the warranty. We do not sell light bulbs. TCMlighting.com makes every effort to ship all item(s) within 5–7 business days.  All of our shipping is done thru United Parcel Service (UPS) and various LTL Freight Carriers (for larger, heavier items). The following expedited shipping methods are available 1, 2 or 3 day shipping by UPS. All expedited shipments will be shipped freight collect. Free shipping is only available for customers within the Continental U.S. (Orders placed from Alaska and Hawaii standard shipping charges will apply). Customers placing larger orders requiring freight services or orders placed from outside the United State's are responsible for freight charges as well as any related fee's and must be paid prior to order's being shipped.

 

TCMlighting.com will ship your product as it becomes available.  Usually, products ship within 5–7 business days. However, there may be times when product is out of stock for an extended period which will delay fulfillment of your order.  We will keep you informed of any products that are out of stock and unavailable for immediate shipment.  Orders may be cancelled at any time prior to shipping.

 

An 9.75% sales tax will be added to orders for California residents.
